LME Pricing Statement
Important information regarding pricing for cables, electrical equipment and associated metallic materials.
Due to the volatility of metal markets, all prices quoted for cables, electrical equipment and associated metallic materials are based on the applicable London Metal Exchange (LME) price prevailing on the date of quotation.
The quotation and associated pricing are valid for the date of quotation only.
Any acceptance, instruction, collection or transaction taking place after the quotation date will be subject to review and repricing against the prevailing LME market rate at that time.
This provision is intended to account for fluctuations in LME-traded metal values, particularly copper and aluminium, and ensures that the final commercial value reflects prevailing market conditions.
