Cancellation Compensation Policy
Confirmed Assignments and Reserved Work
Information regarding compensation payable where confirmed work is cancelled before the scheduled start time.
When a confirmed job is cancelled, compensation is payable according to the notice given before the scheduled start time. The applicable percentage is calculated against the agreed job fee.

Additional Expenses
Approved, non-refundable travel, accommodation, materials and other costs already incurred in connection with the job will be reimbursed in full.
How Notice is Calculated
Notice periods are measured in calendar hours from the scheduled start time, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
